    Everybody says it was a good final, and I just watched the highlights, not the full match, and saw error after error from Pliskova, completely wild swings and tragic misses of the sort you would never have seen in a GS final ten years ago…

    Pliskova's tennis struck me as very calculated and mechanical, and it works pretty well, but you actually feel she doesn't really have control of where the ball is even going to land… Compare that for instance with a Hingis, whose every shot lands exactly where she wants it.

    Good. I couldn't watch women's tennis with that transgender thing williams exploiting it's strength from being born as a man to beat naturally born women. Femininity is back in WOMEN'S tennis and I couldn't be happier. ☺

    Gabriel wan+ I found it on Wikipedia which said kerber's father is a polish, it means her bloodline is 50% connected with polish.
