Landry 4 shots off Texas Open lead through 9 today

Following up on his Round 1 total of 69, Port Neches-Groves graduate Andrew Landry sits four shots off leader Zach Johnson (-9) in a six-way tie for sixth place in the Texas Open at TPC San Antonio – AT&T Oaks (Par 72, Yards 7,435).

The tournament runs through Sunday, with a total prize purse of $6.2M. Kevin Chappell is the defending champion.

Fellow PN-G graduate Chris Stroud withdrew from competition after scoring a 79 in his first round Thursday.
